We offer several shipping methods from next-day to standard mail. Please allow 6 weeks for custom pieces to be created, inspected and delivered.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Should you desire to return a piece purchased from inventory, please contact us at 1-800-578-7169 for a return authorization.

We will gladly refund your purchase price upon the return of the merchandise in good condition. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Orders may be cancelled before your item is shipped from inventory. You may cancel your custom piece only prior to our ordering the materials to complete the piece.
